Welcome to Jessie Mindfulness!
Mindfulness has been a transformative and nourishing practice in my life, guiding me to look within and find greater clarity and peace. Although some people might stereotype mindfulness as boring, I find it incredibly interesting and fun! This personal journey led me to join a Jockey Club project that supported schools to develop mindfulness practice and culture at the Faculty of Social Sciences, HKU. Through this initiative, I have had the privilege of sharing mindfulness with hundreds of participants, including students, school personnel, helping professionals and parents, fostering a culture of mindfulness in schools and in the wider community.
Now, through Jessie Mindfulness, I hope to share this wonderful and unique gift with more people. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, bring awareness to life, or connect to the inner wisdom of oneself, I'm here to accompany your mindfulness journey.
