The "Introducing Mindfulness" course is developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF). This course is designed for beginners or those who have previously been introduced to mindfulness and wish to restart their practice. Over a systematic three-week period, you will learn core theories and practical techniques of mindfulness, bringing awareness and balance into daily life.

Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L)
The "Mindfulness for Life" course, developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF), is an 8-week transformative journey designed to seamlessly blend ancient mindfulness wisdom with modern cognitive-behavioral techniques. Also known as MBCT-L, this course aims to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life for lasting, sustainable, and positive change.

Finding Peace in a Frantic World
This mindfulness course is based on the best-selling book “Finding Peace in a Frantic World” by Professor Mark Williams and Dr. Danny Penman. It is designed for those who are new to mindfulness or have tried mindfulness apps and are looking for a structured course led by an experienced teacher.

Deeper Mindfulness: Exploring Feeling Tone Frame-by-Frame
The "Deeper Mindfulness" course, developed by Professor Mark Williams and colleagues, is an 8-week program designed for those who have already completed a mindfulness-based program and wish to explore mindfulness more deeply. This course delves into the concept of "feeling tone," which reflects our moment-to-moment perception of sensations, thoughts, and emotions as pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral.

Mindful Parenting
The "Mindful Parenting" course is an evidence-based program developed by Professor Susan Bögels and Kathleen Restifo of the Netherlands. This course places the practices and attitudes of mindfulness at the heart of parent-child interactions. Through everyday examples, you will learn how to break free from old patterns and parent from a calmer, more compassionate, and loving place.

Parent Workshops – A Taste of Mindfulness
Parent Workshops typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. The workshop includes a brief introduction to mindfulness, experiential mindfulness practices, practical applications in daily life, and group discussions. It also provides insights and discussions on how mindfulness can be integrated into parenting and family life.

.b Foundations
The .b Foundations course, developed by Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) in the UK, serves as an introduction to mindfulness, aimed at enhancing participants' understanding of mindfulness and promoting general well-being. It is developed with reference to “Mindfulness, Finding Peace in a Frantic World” written by Prof. Mark Williams & Danny Penman. It also echoes the content to be covered in the two school-based mindfulness interventions targeted for children and teenagers, Paws b and .b respectively.

Staff Development Workshops – A Taste of Mindfulness
Staff Development Workshops typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. Schools may also arrange a full-day experience (5-6 hours) based on their needs. The workshop introduces what mindfulness is, its benefits, and allows participants to experience various types of mindfulness practices. Additionally, it provides insights on how mindfulness can be integrated into teaching.

One-on-One Mindfulness Coaching
A one-on-one personalised mindfulness coaching can be offered to help individuals cultivate mindfulness practices tailored to their unique needs and goals. The sessions can focus on aspects such as developing awareness, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being, or other subjects. Participants will engage in an experiential learning process, developing specific skills and understanding while considering implementation in their lives.
