Target Audience This training is suitable for individuals who:
Wants to seek one-on-one guidance on their personal practice
Are interested in exploring specific aspects in their mindfulness journey
Are looking to developing a personalised approach to mindfulness practice
Prerequisites for Attending:
Participants should have been practicing regularly using practices compatible with mindfulness-based approaches.
Participation in an eight-week mindfulness-based program would be beneficial.
Arrangement
Subject to the intended learning outcomes, individuals are supposed to commit to an agreed amount of sessions before commencement. There is no limit on the number of participants. The duration can be tailored to your needs, and the workshop can be conducted at a designated location or online.
