Description

Parent Workshops typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. The workshop includes a brief introduction to mindfulness, experiential mindfulness practices, practical applications in daily life, and group discussions. It also provides insights and discussions on how mindfulness can be integrated into parenting and family life.

The workshop includes a brief introduction to mindfulness, experiential mindfulness practices, practical applications in daily life, and group discussions. It also provides insights and discussions on how mindfulness can be integrated into parenting and family life.

Workshop Content 

  • Introduction to Mindfulness: A brief overview of what mindfulness is 

  • Effectiveness of Mindfulness: Sharing recent research to explain the benefits of mindfulness 

  • Mindfulness Practices: Participants will be invited to engage in several mindfulness practices, experiencing a taste of mindfulness. They will have the opportunity to interact and discuss with other parents and ask questions

  • Mindfulness Resources: Providing resources for parents to integrate mindfulness into their family and daily life, helping both themselves and their children better manage stress or emotional difficulties through mindfulness.

Arrangement There is no limit on the number of participants. The duration can be tailored to your group's needs, and the workshop can be conducted at a school or a designated location.

The workshop aims to enhance parents' understanding of mental health and mindfulness, thereby improving family relationships and the well-being of students.
