Day of Practices and mini retreats offer a unique opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive group setting.

This retreat is suitable for all individuals who are interested in practicing mindfulness together.

Retreat Structure

The retreat includes:

  • A duration of 5 hours, featuring guided sitting, standing, or movement practices up to 30 minutes in length.

  • Extended periods of silence to facilitate deeper reflection and practice.

  • A longer break during which participants are encouraged to continue practicing mindfulness while engaging in meal or other activities.

Learning Aim Participants will:

  • Develop deeper insight from a longer duration of practice.

  • Recognize habitual patterns of the mind and learn to work more skillfully with them.

  • Revisit and deepen learning from both familiar and less familiar mindfulness practices.

Arrangement

There is no limit on the number of participants. The duration can be tailored to your needs, and the workshop can be conducted at a designated location or online.
