Retreat Structure
The retreat includes:
A duration of 5 hours, featuring guided sitting, standing, or movement practices up to 30 minutes in length.
Extended periods of silence to facilitate deeper reflection and practice.
A longer break during which participants are encouraged to continue practicing mindfulness while engaging in meal or other activities.
Learning Aim Participants will:
Develop deeper insight from a longer duration of practice.
Recognize habitual patterns of the mind and learn to work more skillfully with them.
Revisit and deepen learning from both familiar and less familiar mindfulness practices.
